ROSEMARY NUT MIX 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. In a large bowl, toss 1 lb unsalted mixed nuts + 2 tbsp melted, unsalted butter + ¼ C chopped fresh rosemary + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 2 tbsp flaky salt + 1 tsp cayenne 3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment 4. Bake until toasty, 30 min. Makes 3 cups
